2. Orders, Availability & Acceptance
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, such as stock unavailability or payment issues.
2.2 A contract between you and Snackstars Philippines is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Products not included in that confirmation are not guaranteed.
2.3 We may limit the quantity of any item per order.
2.4 Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual packaging or appearance may vary.
3. Pricing & Payment
3.1 Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery or shipping fees are extra.
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the available methods (credit/debit cards, e-wallets, cash on delivery, etc.).
3.3 If payment authorization fails, we cannot process your order.
3.4 You warrant that you have the
legal right to use the payment method provided and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
3.5 Snackstars is not liable for billing errors or unauthorized charges. Report any discrepancies to us promptly for correction.
4. Delivery & Shipping
4.1 We offer same-day delivery in select areas and standard delivery nationwide.
4.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier availability, weather, or other operational factors.
4.3 It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address and contact details. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or additional charges.
4.4 If delivery fails due to your unavailability, refusal, or incorrect information, fees may apply or your order may be cancelled.
4.5 Orders may be delayed or cancelled due to factors beyond our control including courier issues, weather, or force majeure events.
5. Pick-up & Self-Service
5.1 Customers may arrange to pick up orders directly from our store or warehouse by scheduling in advance.
5.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to collect items within the arranged timeframe. Snackstars is not liable for product quality issues if pick-up guidelines are not followed.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
6.1 Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once items are opened or consumed.
6.2 For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide clear proof of the issue, including photos and/or video footage that shows the damage and the original packaging. Video evidence helps support your claim by showing the condition of the items as received.
6.3 Approved claims are eligible for replacement or refund based on product availability.
6.4 When emailing customer service to initiate a return or refund, please include your order details, delivery date/time, items to be returned, and reason for return. Send your request to customerservice@snackstars.com.
7. Promotions & Discounts
7.1 All promotional offers, vouchers, or discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions.
7.2 Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
7.3 Offers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Liability & Risk
8.1 Risk and responsibility for products transfer to you upon delivery or when you or your representative signs for the order.
8.2 Snackstars Philippines is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use, delivery delays, or other issues.
8.3 You are responsible for checking allergens, expiry dates, and reading product labels prior to consumption.
8.4 Snackstars is not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party couriers or payment service providers.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, and logos—is owned or licensed by Snackstars Philippines.
9.2 Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works is prohibited without our permission.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
